  • Questionnaire responses (relationship details, memories, personal stories you share to create your book)
  • Photos you upload for inclusion in your book
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details)
  • Shipping address for book delivery

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

  • Generate your personalized book content using AI (Anthropic Claude)
  • Produce and print your physical book
  • Process your payment through Stripe
  • Ship your book to the address you provide
  • Communicate with you about your order (confirmation, shipping updates)

3. AI Content Generation

Your questionnaire responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized book content. This data is used only for content generation and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes. We do not share your personal stories, memories, or relationship details with any third party beyond what is necessary to create your book.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver our product:

  • Supabase — database and file storage
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Lulu — book printing and shipping
  • Vercel — website hosting

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and order history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
