Evermore ("we," "us," "our") provides a service that creates personalized, AI-generated keepsake love books based on information you provide. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2. The Product

Evermore creates a custom printed book (approximately 20-30 pages) containing AI-generated written content — including a love story, love letter, and poems — personalized using details you provide through our questionnaire. Your uploaded photos are integrated into the book design.

3. Pricing & Payment

The current price for a Evermore book is $129.00 USD, which includes content generation, printing, and shipping. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4. Content Generation

Book content is generated using AI technology (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. You have the opportunity to preview, edit, and regenerate all content before finalizing your order and proceeding to payment.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and personal information you provide. The AI-generated written content in your book is created for your personal use. You may not resell or commercially distribute the generated content. We do not claim ownership of your personal stories or photos.

6. Photos & Uploaded Content

By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to use them. You grant us a limited license to use your photos solely for the purpose of creating and printing your book. We do not use your photos for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your book, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will work with you to make it right — including reprinting or issuing a refund at our discretion.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Books are printed by our print partner (Lulu) and shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Typical delivery time is 7-10 business days within the United States. International shipping may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

9. Refund Policy

Since each book is custom-made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after the book has been printed. However, if your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, we will reprint and reship it at no additional cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Evermore to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Evermore is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
